Greek Couscous Salad

1 cup couscous (cooked)
1 1/4 cup boiling water
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
7 Greek olives, sliced (optional)
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Sea salt and pepper

Directions: Boil water and add to couscous. Cover for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate for at least and hour before serving.
